Introducing the LiveCanvas Dynamic Templating feature

Dynamic templating has always been a popular request by the LiveCanvas users.
While initially, on a purist approach, we didn't love the idea, then we focused on implementing a simple, essential but powerful approach.

First of all, Dynamic Templating it is a totally opt-in module of LiveCanvas.

If you don't tick the box in the LC backend settings ("Handle WordPress Templates"),  no responsible code is executed.

Moreover, the Dynamic Templating feature of LiveCanvas is very lightweight, leveraging WP's built-in paradigms such as shortcodes and custom post types, to keep a low performance footprint.
